What is Intense Color

Intense Color – OLED TVs received this designation. The manufacturer says that OLED TVs have intense colors. Thanks to the use of modern materials for screens, OLED screens have improved color shades. The standard for OLED screens is 10-bit color depth. This means that the TV can transmit about 1 billion color shades. Thanks to this, the image is more colorful and realistic.

What is Nano Color?

Nano Color – this designation is used in televisions with NanoCell screens. LG has TVs with model numbers that have the letter S (65SM8100). NanoCell screens are manufactured using advanced technology, they use materials made on the basis of nano crystals. Their feature is very small absorption of luminous flux, the brightness and quality of the transmission of color tones are increased. NanoColor TVs have 8-bit color depth, but scanning backlight (FRC) is used to increase the number of tints. NanoCell televisions state with a color depth of 10 bits. (8 bit + FRC).

You need to understand that these names are used mainly for marketing and do not carry anything special in their names.
