Many were wondering what screen size the TV or monitor will have, depending on the diagonal, because the diagonal does not give much information, besides, we are basically used to the old standards of television with a 3×4 aspect ratio. But now this standard has become a thing of the past and all new TVs are produced in the standard aspect ratio 16×9, monitors have other aspect ratios.
So the standard in the parity of the parties 21: 9 is rather popular. Monitors with a resolution of 21: 9 have a smaller height but wider, so for example a 26-inch monitor will be at 6.4 cm. less in height than the 16: 9 monitor, they are more adapted to working with tables.
When choosing a TV or a monitor, you need to take into account that the actual size of the TV will be 1-4 cm more because of the frame around the screen.

We can’t shown all TVs in table, so we try to choose only bests
In picture above shown proportions of different diagonals sizes, and also shown a standrt A4 sheet of paper with size 210х297mm. Sheet in A4 formats received by segmentation in twain A0 sheet, which have area 1 m²: А0=2×А1, A1=2×А2, А2=2×А3, А3=2×А4. Lastly, by segmentation A4 sheet we have 2 A5 sheets.
