Samsung in June 2021 introduced a new TV model TU9010. It is a TV for North American markets with a screen size of 86 inches. The model number indicates that the TV is assembled on a 2020 chassis, but it began production in 2021.

These are two virtually identical TVs. Let’s first talk about what’s the same in the TVs.
The televisions use a screen matrix made with IPS technology. Since Samsung doesn’t make IPS screens, this part of the TV comes from another company. Note that this is a normal practice nowadays. The screen is of pretty good quality, the maximum frame rate of 120 per second is supported. Backlight screen type Direct LED, it allows you to use the technology of dimming the screen to a greater extent, compared to TVs with backlight EDGE. The operating system is Tizen 5.5 version 2020. The model TU9010 has received a slightly revised version of the OS, some new features have been added.
