The Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 (MSM8916), introduced in late 2013, was developed for mid-range smartphones and tablets, combining efficient performance with modern connectivity features.

One of its main advantages was the built-in 4G LTE modem, which provided faster mobile data speeds and improved network connectivity. This made the processor suitable for devices focused on web browsing, video streaming, online gaming, and other data-intensive applications.

The Snapdragon 410 also featured an integrated image processing unit supporting cameras with resolutions of up to 13.5 MP. This allowed smartphones equipped with the chip to capture higher-quality photos and meet the increasing demand for improved mobile photography.

For displays, the processor supported resolutions up to Full HD WUXGA (1920×1200), delivering sharp and detailed images. It could also output video to external displays at HD resolution (1280×720), allowing users to share content on larger screens.

The chipset was built around four Cortex-A53 CPU cores with clock speeds of up to 1.4 GHz. It supported both 32-bit and 64-bit computing, providing improved multitasking and compatibility with modern mobile applications.

Graphics processing was handled by the integrated Adreno 306 GPU, running at 450 MHz and supporting DirectX 9.3. It delivered sufficient performance for everyday graphics tasks, multimedia playback, and casual gaming while maintaining low power consumption.

Additional features included GPS support, compatibility with various mobile sensors, and a dedicated Digital Signal Processor (DSP) for efficient video processing and handling of complex data tasks.

Manufactured using a 28 nm process technology, the Snapdragon 410 offered a balance between energy efficiency and performance. It became a popular solution for affordable smartphones and tablets, providing 4G connectivity, improved camera capabilities, reliable graphics performance, and smooth everyday operation.
