Explanation of the Settings

Picture Mode – Expert (Dark Room) provides the most accurate colors and disables most artificial picture enhancements. It is the best mode for watching movies and TV programs in a room with low or moderate lighting.

Aspect Ratio – Original displays the image in its original format without stretching or cropping.

Energy Saving – Off disables automatic brightness adjustment, ensuring stable picture quality.

Backlight controls the brightness of the LED backlight. It does not affect black levels but determines the overall screen brightness.

Contrast adjusts the intensity of bright areas. A properly selected value keeps whites bright while preserving fine details.

Brightness determines the black level. Setting it too high makes blacks appear gray, while setting it too low hides shadow details.

Horizontal Sharpness and Vertical Sharpness should remain at 0 to avoid artificial outlines around objects.

Color controls color saturation. A value close to the default provides realistic and natural colors.

Tint adjusts the balance between green and magenta and normally should remain at 0.

Noise Reduction and MPEG Noise Reduction should be disabled when watching high-quality content to preserve maximum detail.

Black Level should be set to Low for most HDMI devices using the standard video range.

LED Local Dimming is disabled because this model does not have a true Full Array local dimming system, and the setting can introduce unwanted brightness fluctuations.

TruMotion is turned off to preserve the original frame rate of movies and eliminate the “soap opera effect.”

Dynamic Contrast is disabled to prevent the TV from automatically changing contrast during playback.

Super Resolution is turned off because it artificially sharpens the picture and may introduce image artifacts.

Color Gamut – Normal provides the most accurate color reproduction for standard SDR content.

Edge Enhancer is disabled to prevent artificial edge enhancement.

Color Filter remains off so all colors are displayed normally.

Gamma 2.2 is the standard value for SDR content and provides balanced shadow and highlight detail.

Color Temperature – Warm2 is closest to the reference white point of 6500 K, producing natural whites and realistic skin tones.

White Balance adjustments calibrate grayscale accuracy throughout the entire brightness range, reducing unwanted color casts and improving overall color accuracy.
